OUTCOME
This project began by assessing Junction Media’s existing branding, and identifying problem areas, and areas of opportunity. The brand’s existing logo consisted of a monogram of the letters ‘J’ and ‘M’. This provided little value in communicating the brand’s purpose, mission, or services.
The solution developed was an abstract logomark that depicts a crossroads, a target, and a person. This effectively communicates three of Junction Media’s primary values; the coming coming together of individual paths to achieve a common goal, the value-centric proposition offered to clients, and the loyal customers at the centre of a brand’s success. The refreshed colour palette communicates the expertise and trust that the brand offers to its clients. With their new brand identity, Junction Media is on its way to becoming a leading marketing agency in New Zealand, and to enlighten the country’s biggest brands to the value that is waiting at their doorstep.

Convincing a customer to engage in a brand is the hard part, keeping them involved is easy. While there is significant value in having a large customer base, there is more value in a loyal one - that’s what Junction Media aim to show their clients. New Zealand brands are forfeiting a lot of value that’s right at their fingertips by not having effective customer retention strategies in place, and Junction Media makes it easy to fix that. How do we develop a visual identity that communicates Junction Media’s value-centric mission and shows other brands how simple success can be?
Founded in 2023, Junction Media is an Auckland-based Marketing Agency specialising in Digital Marketing and Customer Retention Marketing. In a market where a brand’s success is often determined by the size of it’s customer base, Junction Media aims to show businesses the hidden value of their existing customers, and benefits of effective re-targeting strategies.
